Please make sure to use English language, it's the only one we can use to provide support.

As for the actual problem, the error messages seems to describe it properly. This would usually means that 4SEO is blocked by your server or site. This can usually happens when:

- a Joomla extension is blocking requests (typically all security extensions)

- mod_security running on your server

- cloudflare or similar

It could also be a 3rd-party extension causing a PHP fatal error as well.

Ways to identify the root cause are:

- install our 4LOGS plugin from the JED and use it to look at the error logs in the Joomla folder (you can of course look at them directly)

- look at the developer console, on the network tab and see if there's any indication as to what is blocking our requests.

That's correct but we still only provide support in English as if in French, a/ only one person can reply and b/ if/when we make some tickets public after removing private information, almost anyone can read them while nearly no one can in French.

Interesting, can you tell me what exactly was blocking at hosting level? a firewall? too many requests? is it something YOU enabled or is it enabled by default on their servers?

That's a Joomla/browser message, unrelated to 4SEO.

Par contre mon site ne s'affiche plus totalement ( affichage d'une hauteur d'ecran, cela n'affiche pas ce qu'il y a en dessous de la ligne de flotaison)

Yes, 4SEO does not scroll, the content is scrolling.

Have you "Reset the analysis" (under the Pages | Settings) since you solved the hosting issue?

home page is in analysis error and no other page appears in the analysis?

If the home page returns a 404 when 4SEO tries to read it, then it cannot find any link and so no other pages is analyzed.

Do you mean you see them in 4SEO or do you mean you have them on the site and not in 4SEO?

Have you started a manual analysis from the admin, on the Pages toolbar? 

You can let 4SEO do a background analysis but it will take longer and is dependant on how many visitors you have on the site.

It's always better to include full and real link to the site actually, at least I can have a look.

OK, so if after doing a new analysis the home page is still in error, then there's something blocking our access.

Could you please provide us with superadmin credentials to your website. You can create a temporary account, and delete it afterward, but it must have superuser level.

I don't see anything special, yet the home page is always triggering a 404 so I'm guessing there's still something on the server not allowing access. The really weird thing is that the 4SEO error log file does not show any error at all.

Can I download an akeeba backup and restore it locally to debug and see if the same happens on another server?

I restored the backup but without testing, I'm pretty sure the problem is in your configuration.php. There you have a"Live site value" of "https://[redacted].fr" instead of your actual site address:

You need to fix that, and I cannot do it from the Joomla admin, it has to be done through FTP.
