Hi

The link is correct however your webserver is unfortunately configured to not send requests for XML files to Joomla. This is confirmed by the 404 error that you see, which is an error from nginx, not Joomla.

You need to fix your webserver configuration (or have your hosting company do that for you) to send non-existing xml files to Joomla index.php file, just like any other URL requests.

Understood. However, when I tried to upload the sitemap manually in google console,  it gives an error. " could not be fetched".  in the docemunent, it says that we can manually upload the file on google console. It's not working for me.

It will not work until you fix the problem on your server. Google console has the same problem has everyone, the file currently returns a 404 so no one, Google or anyone else, can access it.
