I had ppreviously installed the component on my site. however it crashed my site. every now and then I would get a blank page with the word error on it. Lastly the analysist never stop running and I would get an error in the backend that my site is unable to connect to the server while running the analysis. something that I previously reported here. I reset my site to a previous version that I had save and now I am unable to install it. Please assist.

I am looking to use this component for the sitemap. To be able to control what link to add in the sitemap is what I need but somehow, the analysis never stop running. the sitemap cannot be created until the analysis stop.

1. Install error:

You have a file permissions access on your server, Joomla is not able to copy the files it needs when installing an extension. I tried installing other extensions with the same error. You need to solve this at server level.

the analysis never stop running

If you are doing the analysis from the admin, it can take a long time as 4SEO needs to load and analyze all pages on your website. How many public pages do you have on the site and how long did you wait?
