When I select 'SP Page Builder' in Configuration > Extensions, and select 'Enable Structured Data', 4SEO does not save it.

What do you mean by "Not save it"?
If you reload the page, then select "SP Page Builder" again, is that setting not there?

Ah, I understand now, the UI is a bit confusing for me then.
Because of the drop-down menu, I was assuming the extension needed to be stay activated in some way.
Like when setting an analytics provider in Configuration > Analytics, the provider is visible after reloading.
After setting the item and reloading Configuration > Extensions, the page says 'No extension selected'.

Ah, I understand now, the UI is a bit confusing for me then.
Believe me, you would be much more confused with the opposite solution, which was the first solution implemented in 2020 when 4SEO was created and the last used option was kept selected after a page reload. I was inundated with support ticket from people asking I don't the see any option to configure this or that extension, because they could only see the one they had selected first time around, a week or more ago.
That'why it says now "Please select an option to configure" and "No extension selected".
