Recently the seach result become full lowercase letter, in the past the first letter was Capital and this is changed recently.
Not sure what changed i can only think of 4seo
Any tip please how can i make the first letter capital in the google search result please?

I can't do anything because you did not provide the full and real address of the website in question.

What you show on your screenshot is called the title of Google snippet.
Google uses whatever they want for this title (and for the small description below the title). It can be what you set as the page title on your site. Or it can be anything else they want.
So Google may have decided to change their display whether you changed something on your site or not.
Not sure what changed i can only think of 4seo
4SEO itself does not have any effect on the page title. It lets you manually change the title or add rules to modify the title but that's something you would have to configure yourself.
But again, I can't even verify what the actual page title on the site is without the site address.
