Hello can you please help me fix this double canonical link in the homepage of the website https://example.com
I am attaching a capture of the top source code for the website, and a capture of the page in 4seo
We'll be operating with a reduced schedule from tomorrow and the next few weeks, as follows:
We'll be travelling and attending JoomlaDay USA from Tuesday April 22 to Friday April 25. Support will have extended response time during this period. From April 25 evening to Tuesday May 12 included, support will be closed for our annual break.
Don't forget to look up the documentation, including the videos, your answer may already be there! Likewise, be sure to check the Development versions area, in case your problem may already have been solved.
In case of emergency (ie your site is down with a fatal error directly linked to one of our extensions), please contact us by email (see contact icon at the bottom of all pages of this site)

Hi
The canonical generated by 4SEO is fine and exactly as it is.
Your problem is with something else on your site generating a (incorrect) canonical.
I of course can't say what is doing this. In my experience, it happens most often if you enter your website address in the Joomla SEF system plugin options, under Site domain.
Make sure "Site domain" is empty.
If that's not the problem, then you'll have to check if you have other plugins or extensions that may add this canonical.

Thank you very much, that just solved the issue, after deleting the "Site domain" in the Joomla SEF plugin, the problem was solved!
Hi
Glad it's sorted out! Closing this ticket now, feel free to open a new one as needed. If you do so, please mention this ticket number in the new one.
If you created any superadmin account for us, be sure to delete or block it now to avoid unnecessary risk in the future.
