www.example.it has many pages still not indexed. They have been published from March 14th to March 20th.
Google Search Console and 4SEO say they are not indexed.
Is this normal after all these days?

Well it's been only a few days, so there's totally nothing extraordinay about that.
I'd suggest using your Search Console access and look at what Google is telling about what they have crawled, the errors they may be encountering and basically the entire search console you have to study.
Also, something I noticed: you have problem with your cookie notice: if I refuse Cookies, then on each page that huge popup is displayed again and again.

No error. Just something like "seen, but non indexed". The sitemap contains the pages.
I think I will use the Search Console tool to force indexing. Am I wrong?

Thank you. It is just a stupid setting of the appropriate option. My fault. (But my wife says I like to persecute people....)

So you've done all you can on your site. The only other things you can do to get them going is outside of your site (social networks sharing, getting backlinks)

You can try but you cannot force them to index something. You can only ask.
