Please consider this website as one of the three supported websites: example.xyz

This is one of many URLs in my blog that are "Crawled - currently not indexed"

https://example.xyz/technology/fusionpbx-internal-server-architecture.html

Can you tell from the HTML what is wrong?

Do you need access to the Joomla backend?

NOTE: this is the first website with 4SEO and 4SEF, I have several Joomla3 with sef404sh without issues.

Hi

Can you tell from the HTML what is wrong?

Nothing.

NOTE: this is the first website with 4SEO and 4SEF, I have several Joomla3 with sef404sh without issues.

What SEO extension you use is unrelated to the problem here.

This is one of many URLs in my blog that are "Crawled - currently not indexed"

There's no technical problem with these pages (I encourage you to Google what it means).

In short, Google was able to crawl your content, they read it normally and without any issue.

But they don't like it. And so they decided to not index it.

They are the only ones who can say why they do not like it and do not want it in their index, so you'll have to look very hard at what content you are creating and whether Google considers it good or not.

But over the last 18 months, they have made several algorithm updates to track and only keep what they call "Helpful content", ie they only want real and useful content, and do not want content "written for SEO" (their words, not mine).

If I have a quick look at this page, here is what I see:

To me, this looks exactly like content written to attract visitors and display ads. You have more than 50% of that page that's covered in ads. I think Google also sees this as a content written for SEO-purpose only.

This was OK a few years ago, but especially for new sites, I don't think this can work, at least not without a lot of high quality backlinksor if you are a big brand.

I am not familiar with FusionPBX, but I don't think you are the developer of that system and so there are probably thousands of articles  like this one already on Google: they just don't want more of these.

For reference, I suggest you read this Search Engine Land article on the Mars 2024 Google core and spam updates

Ads decreased. Hopefully, this fixes it.

Hi

Ads decreased. Hopefully, this fixes it.

Maybe but that's unlikely. I can't speak for the entire website but for that page, it seems to me it really is the content that they don't find useful. By useful, they mean that they already have plenty of pages dealing with the same topic, and your site may not be considered an authoritative one on the matter.

This is all assumptions, you really, really need to study these new updates and all the changes which happened over the last 18 months, and are happening as we speak (with these 2 march updates and the manual penalty).

There are also Reddit Forum such as r/SEO and r/BigSEO where people are discussing exactly what you are seeing.

Best regards
