The Google Search Console Team kindly sent me a message about the fact they can't index a number of pages due several issue:

Non trovata (404)

Pagina duplicata senza URL canonico selezionato dall'utente

Pagina con reindirizzamento

Bloccata a causa di un altro errore 4xx

Soft 404

I'm not afraid, since I'm now renewing a very old website, built with no attentions to SEO. But I have to correct them.

My question is: can I inspect these errors within 4SEO (if so, where? I can't find them) or have I to work in Search Console?

None of these are actual issues.

Soft 404

This only means you have pages with very little content, nearly empty and Google considers that similar to a 404. Only Google knows (in Search console) which pages are these.

Non trovata (404)

You have bad links to pages that don't exists. 4SEO will list these bad links (if they are on your site) after doing the first full analysis. Google should also tell you which pages are 404s.

That's not an error. They only say they found multiple URLs pointing at the same page (duplicates) and they selected one to be the main URL, as you did not specify one.

Again, while this is not an error in itself, 4SEO will automatically add a canonical tag when needed.

So in short, yes, work with the search console and decide what you need to do. 4SEO can help on some things, but all these small warnings are related to your site content.

Yes, we are only the software provider, we can assist you on how to do things with 4SEO, which is a tool, but we can't really assisy you in deciding what you need to do. That's the job of an SEO consultant, or indeed of you learning more on SEO.
