Hi,
on my website duben.org I have 4SEF and 4SEO, all working fine except sitemap. Even site analyses is done and sitemaps shows text "sitemap is in progress", nothing is created. I should have 1388 page, I tired to re-analye, but nothing helps, I change sitemap setting to be from 30minutes to 6 horus to recreate, also not help. I cannot see any error message, any issue and I am not able to fing in log any error or problem.

What should I try to have my sitemap properly created? Another site on same server with simillar amount of page proceeded sitemap properly after some time.

Even site analyses is done

As soon as first full analysis is complete, the sitemap is created. So your sitemap is indeed created. Have you loaded it up in your browser?

Note: always include the full and real URL for your website, I can't make any check without that.

Hi Yannick,
unfortunately sitemap is not created at all. File with sitemap doesn't exists https://example.org/sitemap-4seo.xml

I run analyses manualy many times, after every announcement "Analyse is done" I am looking to sitemap (immediately and later in few hours) and still there is message sitemap is procceding and file is not created.

Any tip where should I look to or what to try?

unfortunately sitemap is not created at all

It is. The problem is not with 4SEO but with your webserver configuration, your .htaccess file. It's configured to block .xml URLs and it does not rewrite them to Joomla for rendering.

It's a bug usually coming from Joomla standard .htaccess files that were created with some early versions of Joomla 3.x. It was quickly fixed by subsequent Joomla updates but as .htaccess is not modified by Joomla upon updates, the bug stayed there.

It's also possible that Admin Tools or other security systems has the same effect but that's less likely.

Post your .htaccess file here, I should be able to tell you what's wrong.

I tried put .htaccess from Joomla 3.10.12 instalation package to my site and sitemap started to work. Thanks a lot for your help
