is it possible redirect all cz in cs languagel urls i mean all url with
https://www.example.com/cz/
in
https://www.example.com/cs/
because i realizie now it better to have cs not cz but i well index cz for now

Hi
It's possible but you should not use 4SEO until the 4SEF situation is fully working fine.
To perform redirect, you create a redirect rule, as described in the documentation on this page.
In that rule, you set the "Run when" configuration to something like /cz/{*}
and the Redirect target to /cs/{*}
