With sh404SEF, in the "Page Error" tab, I could activate the 'Auto-redirection' function.
Is there a similar function in 4SEO?

There is no such feature in 4SEO. It was too dangerous and would get users to pages they did not want.
We do have the "Similar pages" option to be displayed on Error pages to provide visitors with helpful suggestions of pages to look at.
