I have made the attached 4SEO correction to an url. But the title is not correctly shown on google ? How come ?

But the title is not correctly shown on google ? How come ?
Because Google decides themselves what they want to use as a title, a description, etc.
They usually use your title, unless they decide they want to change it.
They will change your description most of the times. They'll rarely use your description.
You can see 4SEO is working as expected by looking at your page: the title is there as expected.
