Thanks for that. This is caused by an error logging instruction in 4SEO, which is recording to disk some information about specific errors when they happen on your site.
In this case, some errors have so much information attached to them that it exhausts the memory allocated to that page and this happens.
I'll remove these logging instructions in the next version, as they are not needed anymore and the problem I added them to collec information on has been solved now.
I'll get back to you with a dev version later today.
