Reduced schedule during conference and annual break

We'll be operating with a reduced schedule from tomorrow and the next few weeks, as follows:

We'll be travelling and attending JoomlaDay USA from Tuesday April 22 to Friday April 25. Support will have extended response time during this period. From April 25 evening to Tuesday May 12 included, support will be closed for our annual break.

Don't forget to look up the documentation, including the videos, your answer may already be there! Likewise, be sure to check the Development versions area, in case your problem may already have been solved.

In case of emergency (ie your site is down with a fatal error directly linked to one of our extensions), please contact us by email (see contact icon at the bottom of all pages of this site)

With reference to your answer to private ticket #10541:
"This canonical is not created by any of our extensions. It comes from elsewhere. Find what's creating this incorrect canonical and your problem will be solved."
Please note that I disabled Aimy Canonical and 4SEO is set to create automatic Canonical on the website patriademarti.com, but 4SEO isn't creating the canonical reference. Why?

Hi

but 4SEO isn't creating the canonical reference. Why?

There are 2 reasons 4SEO would not create canonical tags:

- the first full analysis has not completed once at least

- the page is canonical: you don't need a canonical if the page is canonical. You need a canonical when a page is a duplicate.

In addition, if this is about your previous example, if something else is adding a canonical, then of course 4SEO is not going to change that. That's the difference wirth simpler plugins such as Aimy canonical: 4SEO crawls the site: if it finds a page already has a canonical, it won't add another one.

Best regards
