That's not normally part of support but as you actually do not need any reg exp here, I can make an exception:
you only need to use /blog{*} to select all pages.

As for the order Im guessing the one on the top gets first priority and when executed will not proceed to the next rule in line? I checked the docs it wasnt clear on the ordering.
