4SEO structured data works fine with J2Store but indeed we do not process reviews and rating at this stage. This will come in a future version.
I'm afraid I cannot provide advice on other extensions, I assume the JED would be a good place to look at if you plan on stopping using 4SEO.

Im not intending to stop using 4SEO. Im actually wondering how can I get the review structure data to auto populate. Else I would have to manually populate each page.
