Hi,

The error seems pretty clear: you excedeed your quota with OpenAI API usage. You need to go to your OpenAI dashboard and make sure you have enough usage left. Maybe your credit card has expired or is not properly recorded?

That's because you are not in openAI. You are in chatGPT.

[EDIT] I mean your screenshot is a screenshot of chatGPT. What you are using with 4AI and all similar tools is the openAI API. That's where you got your API key.

I asked the bot

You should not ask chatGPT actual  questions. it's only a tool to process and transform text, it has no knowledge and understanding of anything. Google is where you ask questions and it gives you the proper link right away: https://platform.openai.com/
