Reduced schedule during conference and annual break

We'll be operating with a reduced schedule from tomorrow and the next few weeks, as follows:

We'll be travelling and attending JoomlaDay USA from Tuesday April 22 to Friday April 25. Support will have extended response time during this period. From April 25 evening to Tuesday May 12 included, support will be closed for our annual break.

Don't forget to look up the documentation, including the videos, your answer may already be there! Likewise, be sure to check the Development versions area, in case your problem may already have been solved.

In case of emergency (ie your site is down with a fatal error directly linked to one of our extensions), please contact us by email (see contact icon at the bottom of all pages of this site)

Hi, we have problem with 4ai.  After installing the component and trying to save the license or any another change, an error appears -> There was an error trying to save configuration to the server. Please reload the page or try again later. Details: View developer tools console for details.   and in the console we can see 2 errors (attached image)  PHP 8.3 , Joomla 5.1.0 How we can fix that?

Hi

This is well-documented issue in one of the extensions you are using on your site. These extensions have a bug that causes this error. These can be:

- an old version of WidgetKit by YooTheme (they released a fixed version quite some times ago)

- most often it's one of the JoomlaTools extensions (Docman, Logman), or an extension that use JoomlaTools framework (such as JReviews). If you have a system plugin called "Joomlatools" or "Koowa', that's the problem. Joomla has been aware of that bug for a very long time but I'm not aware if their recent releases have fixed the bug.
