Hi, I'm desperately trying to use 4AI to translate our articles on the Joomla.fr site. Either I get half the translated text, or I get an error message: Operation timed out after 180001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (0)Can you please help me?Cyrille POUSSIN

Hi

Not much I can do. This means the Open AI API is not responding within 3 minutes, and that's entirely on them.

The only thing you can try is use the most common model, GPT 3.5 turbo instead of GTP 3.5-turbo 16K (selector is visible on your screenshot). The more sophisticated models take more time to responds so using the "main" one is usually much faster.

If that fails too, you can try translating in 2 or 3 segments:

- select the first 30% of your article, then open 4AI: only that part will be show under "Texte source". Then translate, then "Replace content in editor": this will replace only the selected text with the translation

- do it again with the next 30%

- do it again with the last part
