We're pleased to announce the release of sh404SEF version 4.14.0. This is a feature and maintenance release:.

Here are the highlights:

  • Added rule-based URL blocking, comes with default common WordPress bots attacks rules. Fully customizable.
  • Added support for wildcards in aliases target for regular expressions aliases
  • Added widgetkit shortcodes removal from automatically generated descriptions.
  • Added preview link for Canonical type aliases in Aliases manager
  • Extended all URLs database columns to 2048 caracters
  • 404 URLs may have an additional leading slash when recorded.
