• Completely rewritten page selection, much simpler and much more powerful
• Option to display AMP pages to phone (or phones+tablets) visitors
• Addd support for custom forms
• Added ability to read remote image dimensions, manually adding dimensions no longer required

We're pleased to announce the release of sh404SEF version 4.9.0. This is a feature and maintenance release with multiple improvements and bug fixes. It is a required update for Joomla 3.7.1, especially for multilingual sites.

Here are the highlights:

• Added hooks for SEF URLs and OGP and Twitter cards meta data - Allow data overrides in template.
• Replace multiple h1 with h2 will now leave the first h1 found as h1.
• Replace multiple h1 with h2 can now handle <h1> with classes and other attributes
• Adjusted Calendar selectors for analytics display to breaking changes in Joomla! 3.7
• Now reading contact element category if missing from non-sef URL (linked author)
• Removed Facebook namespaces when using sharing buttons, pages can now validate
• Virtuemart categories URLs may end /results-1-0 with Virtuemart version > 3.2
• Wrong Itemid used on some multilingual sites after Joomla 3.7.0/1 update
• Fixed "Insert current menu item if none", was not having any effect
