We're pleased to announce the release of 4SEF version 2.6.1. This is a maintenance release with several improvements:

Here are the highlights:

  • Now using native dialog element for deletion confirmation
  • Better cleanup of javascript and css files in media folder after installation or update
  • Prevent visible errors in admin user interface if Joomla content language is misconfigured on the website
  • Only use local illustrative images instead of loading them from Weeblr CDN, allows restrictive Joomla CSP configuration
  • void fatal error on dashboard when server is not responding
  • Possible PHP error filling-up log files when using Virtuemart on Joomla 5 and the VM Ajax Search module
  • Accessibility: notification list icon button should not have an aria-owns attribute when the list is closed
