Hi !

I have discussed with you the beginning of August but I do not go out with my versions of sh404sef...

Version 4.6.0 created a bug because it can no longer emit review (with sobipro).

BY reinstalling any full zip version with the joomla installer, I have the following message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 75518 bytes) in /www/libraries/joomla/table/nested.php on line 1346

I'm on shared hosting it seems that I can not change these settings. Nevertheless, localhost (with allocating more memory) there is also the error

I tried to restore an old Version manually (entries in the database and ftp files) but there is still an inconsistency,...so... I agree it is not proper to do it like this

Can you help me ? please It's two days that I work for nothing
Thank you
Christine

Hi

There's no reason to get 512Mb of RAM used for sh404SEF installation, it's a small to medium size extension and certainly does not use that much memory.

We can spend a lot of time on this, but I think the quickest route is for you to suplly us with a full backup of the site (the test site is fine, as long as it shows the error).

I can then install only local machine, and debug through the PHP.
We would need a backup of the working site, before you tried to update, so that I can reproduce the behavior.

Thank you for your suggestion, I have found the problem and it was all my fault (a table in the database had lost the index); it is working well now, for 4.4.9 version ;
I stay annoyed for future updates to your component, because of the fact that the latest version prevents users to post comments on sobipro entries.
There is no urgency but how can we move forward on this ?
Regards
Christine
