Hi Guys,

one more question.

I have a main menu called "Contact" (alias "Contact") that includes four sub-menus (Advertising Contact (alias "Advertising"), Job Contact (alias "Job"), General Contact (alias "Contact"), Other Contact (alias "Other-Contact") and I have under the menu "Advertising" a sub-menu "Contact" (alias "Contact-Advertising"). That Advertising sub-menu Contact for some reason is connected through sh404SEF with "/Contact" rather than "/Advertising".

Obviously "/contact" has many duplicate URLs, but I cannot change that, as then it will change all menus leading to /contact:

How to change that?

Sorry about the delay, we have one staff member unavailable at the moment.

Is the sub-menu "Contact" of "Advertising" to another contact or the same contact as the main "Contact".
Or is the main "Contact" a category view?

Menu ot menu aliases are never used by sh404SEF, to prevent duplicate content penalties that so many times hurt Joomla based sites.

no problem. I do not know how to better describe.
All contact menu items lead to a direct module page of B2J Contact.

How it should be
Advertising Contact should lead to -> /advertising-contact
Normal Contact should lead to -> /contact
...
...
...

How it is
Advertising Contact should lead to -> /contact
Normal Contact should lead to -> /contact
...
...
...

Hi

Understand, these are not Joomla contact but instead links to a 3rd-party extension.

I'd suggest you do the following:

- Go to sh404SEF configuration, under the "By Components" tab
- locate the "B2J Contact" component in the list, and in the first drop down, select the "Use Joomla Router" option instead of "(Use default handler)"
- delete all those "Contact" URLs from the URL manager
