 Good day,

I got a problem with query srings on my website.
Two links are going to the same page:
http://xxxx.com.ua/predprijatija
http://xxxx.com.ua/predprijatija?fp=AYOU6XjYv6AEWH00VKxpv3uCMBhCdGgCGQMweFXG2q%2FozlC71WkcF2v5OS2wexEIi5%2BlhsPKgGYSxviSgmMYeg%3D%3D&prvtof=KPjaHOqPGMQut3C43PV4gLNfJcOe9Oj7NongzgpDBtM%3D&poru=I1JF0Obkl8uhZLXHyYD0DA5ZAUvV%2BeLlEcO2Il87AOMugosIwmkYfUdPD0p8fChN&

The second one is made by Joomla or competitors and i want make the plugin not to allow links like this, i can type anything after the "?" in a link and plugin will allow this. May be plugin got any configs that do not allow to use query strings in url?

Thank you.

Yes, of course, like on any CMS and basically any web site on the internet.

Can I ask:

1 - what is the problem you are trying to solve?
2 - where can those links be found?

1. we are trying to solve indexing of duplicates in google webcache
2. for example in google "site:xxxx.com.ua inurl:fp"

Hi

Those are totally valid URL so sh404SEF won't return a 404 for them.

So you need to find where those URLs are coming from. Are they coming from your site? from another site?

The other thing you can do is add a canonical tag on the pages which have this problem, that way, after a while, those pages will be removed from search engines indexes.
