#89 – http://srednjasola.erudio.si not showing modules

 Hello,
i have a bit of a problem setting up the first page with modules. There should be a carousel and a news module on the first page, but they are not showing. Interestingly the Custom HTML module with contact data that is set to show on All pages works fine, but the other two i mentioned don't. They are set to only show on the front page.
I enabled the Insert menu ItemID if none in the ItemID management, but still no luck.
As the URL doesn't have any safe its http://xxxx.si I don't know how to set it to show modules (First page and the "Domov (Home)" button is set to show Featured articles).
Only when I click on the Title of the article displayed on the first page it shows me the page I need shown as the front page. http://xxxx.si/erudio-srednja-sola

I've been playing with sh404sef all day and it behaves fairly strange...in url manager it only creates about 30 sef urls, all others stop working as they were deleted.

I believe that must be due to a fact that the template has integrated compression and optimization of css and js files...the akeeba is installed so you can download a backup of the page for step by step debug, just keep in mind i need a systematic solution, I have 5 more pages exactly like this one that I intend to optimize with sh404sef.

I disabled js and css compression from the template it is still the same.

But I don't believe it has nothing to do with sh404sef, because if I disable it the modules work just fine on the homepage. So it has to do with sh404sef.

Hi,
I found the solution. I inverted the menu assignment, first I had it setup to Only selected menu items, as I said I inverted it to All except selected and than deselected the Home in menu. It works like a charm now. So no need to bother with akeeba backups.
