#863 – update wont work

 dear support,

i cant update sh404sef to the newest version.

following error when trying to update automatically:

JFolder::create: Das Verzeichnis kann nicht erstellt werden!Path: /xxx/administrator/components/com_sh404sef/plugins/system/shlib/shl_packages/ZendFramework-1.11.7-minimal/library/Zendshl/Http/UserAgent

Cannot create destination folder

Can you confirm that the files and folders permission are correctly set?
You can check that in System->System Information->Directory Permission in your administrator area:

Could you please provide us with superadmin credentials to your website. You can create a temporary account, and delete it afterwards, but it must have superuser level.

thanks. but then there is something wrong with the updates. i deleted the update-cache and searched again for updates. joomla will still update sh404sef....

Can you remove sh404SEF and then install it back?
There seems that something went wrong on your last update (corrupted file, error on file transfer)
