Hi,

I,m using joomla 3.4.3 with SH404SEF 4.6.0.2718 installed. When I change joomla language to Indonesia (one language not multilingual) all joomla content dissappear except mainmenu and right module on domain.com (but for domain.com/id working normally). When all SH404SEF plugin disabled it's working normally. How to fix this problem?

How are you doing this? Do you use plugin language filter?
Joomla got the content languages where you specify the available languages for the content (articles, categories etc), so in your case there should be just the Indonesian language enabled there.
Also the menu setup is very crucial, if you have a monolingual site then you should have a menu pointing in all languages.
