#849 – Server Error after update to latest version

 Currently our website is using sh404SEF version 4.4.6.2271
When I download version 4.6.0.2718 and install to my website.
The website is showing Nginx 503 error.
In Nginx error log, the error is showed that:

/404.html HTTP/1.0", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php5-fpm.sock:", host: "www.joomlashine.com"
2015/08/13 19:25:13 [error] 24370#0: *24688 connect() to unix:/var/run/php5-fpm.sock failed (11: Resource temporarily unavailable) while connecting to upstream, client: 212.18.228.68, server: www.joomlashine.com, request: "GET /versioning/product_version.php?category=cat_template HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php5

Turn off sh404SEF, everything is fine.
Try many times to change configuration sh404sef but no effect.
So I have no choice, re-install the version 4.4.6.2271.

:-( please help?

Hi

1 - Do you have a test site, or some place where this can be seen?
2 - Does the 503 error shows for each and every page on the site?
3 - What does the "404.html" page has to do with this? do you have more such lines in the error log?

Hi,

I've really got problem with sh404sef_4.6.0.2718, when I install it on server, I realized that it makes server'CPU increase high by mysql service, mysql service use whole CPU and it makes other services: php5-fpm, nginx ... run very slow, and then I install older version it's normal again,

This is config my.cnf

Check and give me your advices please,

Hi

Sorry we have stricly no knowledge on server setup, so we can't be of any help. Besides, if server was going fine with previous version, don't see what new version has to do with server.

Unless you changed the server?

Maybe you can check the error logs:
- PHP
- mysql
- nginx

Another thing to check is if the logging is disabled in shLib plugin?

Lastly, what was the 503 error on nginx?
