Hi. I am trying to use the Syndication Feed module in Joomla 3.3 to create RSS feeds of my content. However after creation... it simply is being forwarded or displaying the home page.

URL: http://xxxx.com
RSS Feed: http://xxxx.com/feed/rss

I would like to create a clean RSS feed for others to use my articles but cannot do so. I believe it might have something to do with the sh404sef configuration or an alias that has been created.

Please let me know if you need any other information. Thanks.

Hi,

This problem is caused by one of your other plugins, not an sh404SEF problem. You have to go through your plugins and disable the extra ones you installed till you find the one that causing this error.

To elaborate: many developers are using wrongly the event system of Joomla, and in this case the call for the document object and thus the are setting the page to html although the page should be RSS.

Regards
