Hi

Joomla decides on displaying modules or not based on the menu item being selected. So if you assign your module to menu item #1234, then you have to make sure medical-news/ is associated with that menu item as well.

Which menu item is assiocated with that URL can be seen by looking at the non-sef URL listed for it in the SEF URL manager, something like: index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=12&Itemid=5678.

Itemid is the value representing the menu item. In your case, if there is an &Itemid=1234 (or rather you real menu item id), then you're good.

Most likely, Joomla created multiple duplicates for that URLs, and your currently do not have the correct Itemid value there.

Click on the counter in the "Duplicates" column, you'll see a list of all duplicates Joomla created. Select the one with the correct Itemid, and click the "Main" button. SHould be enough.

Best regards
