Hi,

Can you provide such a 404 URL. Did that page existed and was working before and now is 404?
Is your site broken or menus and other links on your pages are still working correctly?
Did you do any changes in your sh404SEF configuration?

Regards

Hi,

I see that your site works correctly and the URLs are sh404SEF compliant.
One thing I notice is that there is no redirection to the www. I think would be easier to see the actual 404s here.
Could you please provide us with superadmin credentials to your website. You can create a temporary account, and delete it afterwards, but it must have superuser level.

Hi,

The problem was that the category for the 404 page was unpublished, Once I re published that everything works as expected.

Also, I noticed for example careers.html is in the 404 requests manager, but it is a good page/url. Should i purge the 404 requests manager?

Hi,

Clearing the Joomla cache seems to solve this.
