Sure: this is a bug in a javascript library from Google, Google Charts, that we use to display graphics on the dashboard.
It's not so much a bug but rather an incompatibility with another library that Joomla/extensions are using on your site, an older version of MooTools (< 1.6.0).
Google recently updated their Chart library and created the incompatibilty. They are supposed to work on the issue but I don't know at this stage what the outcome will be and if or when they'll solve the problem. They might just choose to ignore it, as the actual problem is in Joomla or extension using a vastly outdated library (see discussion here)
For now, I have made a special version of sh404SEF that uses the previous version of Google Charts, the one still compatible with Mootols < 1.6.0. You can download it from the development versions download area.
