Hi,

We have a problem with link override on Joomla edit profile page.

When sh404Sef is enabled the page showed for the edit page is wrong. Once I disable sh404Sef the linking is to the correct page.

Please see attached screenshots.

thanks!

Hi,

Could you please provide us with superadmin credentials to your website. You can create a temporary account, and delete it afterwards, but it must have superuser level.

Hi,

Here are the super admin logins for XXXXXXXXXXX.com/administrator/

Username: XXXXXXXXXXX
Password: XXXXXXXXXXX

We have more problems.

We've setup a dev environment here: dev.XXXXXXXXXXX.com without sh404sef enabled and XXXXXXXXXXX.com with sh404sef enabled so you can see the differences.

1. The problem described in previous ticket.

2. Breadcrumbs path in Hikashop are wrong: http://XXXXXXXXXXX.com/v-neck/product/listing
this is how they should look: http://dev.XXXXXXXXXXX.com/teeshirts/women/v/product/listing

3. The word "Shop" is shown in breadcrumbs once sh404sef is enabled: https://weeblr.com.png , link to the problem: http://XXXXXXXXXXX.com/shop/women-s-t-shirts and wthout sh404sef http://dev.XXXXXXXXXXX.com/t-shirts/women

4. A module that doesn't exist anywhere is displaying once sh404sef is enabled: http://monosnap.com/image/rAjtCXGOrSFjGCbmUbNssHwKZ/.png link: http://XXXXXXXXXXX.com/small/product/listing and without sh404sef enabled: http://dev.XXXXXXXXXXX.com/teeshirts/women/v/small

thanks!

Hi,

First the edit profile:
This was a conflict between your duplicate pages and solved by selecting the right non-sef URL:

Hi,

OK! Great! Thank you!

Any news on the other problems?

Do I have to create a ticket for every one in part?

thanks!

Hi

Yes, it's much, much better to create one ticket per problem, otherwise we start discussing multiple topics at the same time and confusion arises.

However in that case, the problem is exactly the same: Hikashop and/or your menu structure produce non-sef URLs with the wrong Itemids. In the case of this URL, for instance, there are 4 duplicates:

This image has been done after changing the main URL to the one with Itemid=417, which is the correct one.
Before, it was using the URL with Itemid=158, which happens to be a hidden menu item that you have created.
You also have links to the same category under the "Universal menu" and some additional menu items.
I'm sure you have some reason for that, but this is causing a lot of duplicate URLs and thus this confusing Itemid situation.
