Hi, We have purchased the component sh404sef and activated it on our website. On the frontpage we have some smoothscroll links. They wont work with the component activated. is there a way to deal with this issue? I hope to hear from you soon. ...

Hi,

Could you please provide us with superadmin credentials to your website. You can create a temporary account, and delete it afterwards, but it must have superuser level.

I am getting this message:

403 Forbidden!

You don't have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.

Can you check if there are restrictions for specific IPs or countries and if so allow me to have access to your administrator area?

Hi,

On the frontpage we have some smoothscroll links. They wont work with the component activated.

I see that your scroller is working (pop up windows operate normally with the images) properly for me. Do you have another unpublished module, that you are referring to? If so which one?

I mean the main menu, when you click on a menu item the whole page refreshes.
That is the problem, the page doesnt need to reload. it just has to scroll to an ID of a div.

It works with #.

I hope you now know what i mean.

@dimitris, problem is with the link in menus, it's https://xxxx.nl/#xxxx, while it should be only #xxxx
So the www is not correct first, and it shouldn't have the scheme+host anyway I think.
Has to do with the T3 mega menu it seems.

Hi,

You can do that with at least two different approaches:
- customize the URL /nieuws
- customize it through the menu by selecting external url and setting the needed url there
