Hello

We receive the following error when trying to use the importer tool to migrate data from MijoSEF:

"Error communicating with server, aborting."

The Chrome console provides a "bundle.min.js:2 error" and the Network Preview says:

success: true, message: null, messages: null,…}

Additionally we have turned off the firewall on our website, caching tool and error reporting.
Is anyone able to help?

The javascript error is unlikely to help, most likely the error is on the server. You should enable error display in the Joomla configuration:

- Set Error display to "Maximum"

- Disable gzip

- Set "Debug system" to Yes.

This should provide more accurate error messages inside of the browser console.
