Hi
Nope, you need to:
- scroll all the way down to see if there's an error message at the end
- if no message, got to Joomla configuration and set Debug system to True, as well as Error Display to Maximum, then try again and this time you should have an error message.
- look at your browser console and on the Network tab of developer tools to see if the error is coming from the javascript side.
