Hello,
sorry for my poor English.

We tried sh404SEF, but i think its not what we are looking for or we doing something wrong.

I am looking for an plugin thats put me a box besides my Article Manager, That authors can easy put in a title. See attachment.

Is that possible with sh404SEF? And if yes how?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Title is fundamental for an article that’s why it exists as the first input field!

sh404SEF has also the ability to use that title or the alias for building the URL.
Another option is that you can override the title and description for every article through the SEO section of sh404SEF.

So, to wrap this, title as an input field already exist on the edit screen of an article.

If this doesn’t really answer your question, please try to explain a little bit more what you are trying to achieve here.

Regards

Many thanks for your response.

Our Title is automatically also the Headline of the Article. see https://xxxx.com/de/blog/32-leereseite-2.html and also attachment.

Because if we fill out this field that you marked, it produced the following:

1. <title>Transport- und Lastenräder: Keine Last zu schwer!</title>

2. <meta property="og:title" content="Transport- und Lastenräder: Keine Last zu schwer!" />

3. <header>
<h1>
<a href="/de/blog/32-leereseite-2.html">
Transport- und Lastenräder: Keine Last zu schwer! </a>
</h1>

We want to make a difference between headline and title. Or is that maybe a theme problem?

Hi,

The easiest way to achieve this (out of my head) is:
1. Hide the title of the article (you can do that in the menu, or the category or even the article itself)
2. Using the editor insert the custom title you want to use

Joomla is very flexible for such tasks.
