 Good morning.
I have just bought your sh404SEF product for SEF optimization of my multilingual website which had already gone live:

http://xxxx.net/A_due_passi_dal_Polimi/it/
http://xxxx.net/A_due_passi_dal_Polimi/en/

My main question is:

Of course I know that once I switch on the "enable url optimization" button, all my original urls are rewritten. The problem is that now I cannot access my website pages. Do I have to configure your product in order to be able to redirect previous urls to new rewritten ones.
I would much appreciate you help in installing your product on a live website once the urls had already been created.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Nadia,

Could you please provide us with superadmin credentials to your website. You can create a temporary account, and delete it afterwards, but it must have superuser level.

Hi Nadia,

You were using as suffix ".html" which produced wrong URLs
Also you have cache enabled and you had to empty the cached content to actually see the new content.

I have already removed the wrong suffix and cleared the cache, so now your site is operating optimally with sh404SEF controlling the URLs.
