Hello,

For some reason I cannot change the settings of the components handlers in the by component configuration settings. When I select for example "Leave as non-sef" for a component and click "Save & Close". It doesn't save the setting and just reverts to: "(use default handler)".

I never had this problem before so I am wondering if this is a bug or if it maybe depends on the component?

Thanks,

Sima

Hi,

This is quite strange.
Could you please provide us with superadmin credentials to your website. You can create a temporary account, and delete it afterwards, but it must have superuser level.

Regards

Hi,

After spending some time without any success I am gonna need to go through the logs (php and mysql) of your site. Can you please upload those two logs, either here or somewhere in the cloud for us?

Attached the logs but I do not see any errors in the logs. Are you looking for something specific?
