Hello,

I'm asking for your help because I have a problem when I put my site offline and when sh404SEF is activated, my template disappears. I use Yootheme Pro themes. I'm attaching two screenshots. Any idea ?

Does the same problem occurs when you use one of Joomla default template such as protostar as the default template for all pages?

No, it happen only with Yootheme Pro. Protostar seems to work correctly.

So what does YooTheme says?

1 - In all cases, please always provide a full and real link to the page
2 - The page looks like it does not load its CSS. Is this a customized page or does it just come from the template? Did you check if the CSS is loading correctly from the browser developer console?

2 - It looks like the css file isn't load in the console. It's not a customization but the default yootheme offline template.

Not quite actually, the page content is entirely different, I'm pretty sure it's a bug in the offline custom template.

I can take an akeeba backup of the site, install locally and debug their code to find out but it will take a couple of hours, I can't get to it right away.

Hi

Found the source: the YooTheme template requires some custom parameters (use "child themes" and such) for the Offline template. Those are not passed by sh404SEF offline handler (because we don't know about them of course)

You can solve the problem by disabling the sh404SEF "Offline" plugin from the Joomla plugins manager.
