Hi,
Some of my site URLs have become nonworking after upgrading the sh404sef plugin to the latest version.
This error message I receive when I open the sh404SEF dashboard.
"Could not connect to analytics server (not available, or no account configured ? are cURL and SSL enabled in your phpinfo ?) (Insufficient Permission: Request had insufficient authentication scopes. (403))"

I need to downgrade to the previous version which has this number: [[u]4.19.0.4059], can you send a download link for it?
and how to solve the issue appears in the error message?

Hi

1 - Which exact and full version number are you running now? there's been several updates in the last 3 days so I need to know which one you are running, exactly.

2 - The analytics-related messages are showing because "Display report" is enabled under the "Analytics" tab of sh404SEF configuration but you have not performed the Authorization procedure to grant access to Google Analytics data - or you have not performed it again after this upgrade: Google changed their API version and that requires performing authorization again if you did it in the past.

3 - Which full and real URL are not working? please provide at least one example of that. Which component is that? just a Joomla article? another extension?

Hello

1- The current version of the plugin on server is 4.20.1.4150

2- Ok I will see my Analytics configuration

3- This is an example of the current nonworking URL:
https://www.xxxx.com/ar/arts

ar/arts should serve content of this URL: index.php?option=com_k2&Itemid=1259&lang=ar&layout=latest&view=latest
instead it is redirecting an error message and giving 404 response.

Yes we use Joomla router for this links.
The nonworking links are all from this type: menu item shows K2 » Latest items from (one or more) categories .

Could you please provide us with superadmin credentials to your website. You can create a temporary account, and delete it afterward, but it must have superuser level.

You're not using the latest version!

Please download the latest version from the development versions download area and update to it.

If that does not fix your problems, we can look again but the user access you provided is not a super admin. Please upgrade it to superadmin for further support.
