Hi

its like directing to the home page
Yes, it looks like so. I cannot say much without knowing which exact URLs are involved - that is: what exact URL MyJoomla is trying to reach. I suspect this is a non-sef URL.

The settings you may have changed from default values that could have a part in this are:

- make sure "301 redirect from non-SEF to SEF" is set to NO
- make sure "301 redirect from Joomla SEF to sh404SEF" is set to NO
- make sure all components under "By components" are set to "Use default handler" (in the first column)
- make sure "Try to auto-redirect 404s" is set to NO under "Error page"

If that does not help, we'll need to know what URL myjoomla is requesting to figure out what's happening to them.

Best regards

i did all the steps you mentioned and still the error exist

i asked mySites.guru and here is phil's answer

We are accessing the Akeeba API Endpoint which of course is a non-sef URL starting with index.php?option=com_akeeba

This is not a mySites.guru issue.

You should be able to go to https://www.xxxx.com/index.php?option=com_akeeba without being redirected.

E.g if you go here: https://www.joomla.org/index.php?option=com_akeeba you see "403 Operation not permitted” from Akeeba - this is what your site should show when going to the url above.

is there any error in my setting ??

Hi

is there any error in my setting ??
If you go to https://www.xxxx.com/index.php?option=com_akeeba, you can see that you are redirected to https://www.xxxx.com/ which is causing the breakage in MyJoomla.

So if you have all the settings above as I suggested, then the most likely options are that you have set up some redirects for index.php in your sh404SEF aliases (which you should not under any circumstances).

So please look at your aliases and see if you have one for index.php. If so delete it then test if https://www.xxxx.com/index.php?option=com_akeeba is still redirected to the home page.

Best regards
