#6036 – Cannot get SEF URL to generate

 This is only happening on one of my sites.
Enable URL optimization is set to yes
Remote config set to no (i can change if you need to access).

see screen shots attached for settings and resulting SEFURLs
We are using K2 Joomla 3.9.12 - again, I have these identical settings on many other sites, without having this issue.

Remote config does not give us access in any way to your site. We can get access to your site only if you give a administrator account.

As for the URLs, it seems to me you have not got the K2 plugin for sh404SEF? It's a requirement from K2 since version 2.7 I think.

Where do I get the K2 plugin? I don't see that under downloads?

HI

You don't get it from us, it's part of K2, ie it's not sh404SEF that provides support for K2, but K2 that provides support for sh404SEF. They always had but since version 2.7 or so, they moved that to an external plugin. Are your other K2 sites using older versions of K2?

Nope...I had downloaded the plugin but it wasn't installed on this site. Thank you for your help in figuring this out.
