Hello

Get this wich is getting my site down because of too much queries about 30 at the same moment.
How to solve it?

Hi,

You should first make sure you use normal Joomla optimisation (ie using caching for instance). sh404SEF is fully optimized to do its job as it's been around for more than 12 years now so queries are really optimized and there's nothing to do with the code itself.

What you can do is:

1 - Disable the "Similar URL" plugin. It's displayed on 404 errors pages and it does need lots of queries. It's very useful but it's a feature you can disable.
2 - Just update the server and be sure that you are NOT using a shared hosting server where MYSQL resources are often limited.
3 - Make sure you do not have useless URLs in the database. For instance, if you have many 404 URLs recorded, you can purge them (in the 404 URL manager).

How many URLs do you have and how many visitors per day?

That said in the end, it's about having the server that matches the features you use and the number of visitors.

Thank you for your reply.
I have done the number 3 tip.

I took a look at the AW stats in de Cpanel and we have lots of' Required but not found URLs (HTTP code 404) ' on the site
about 6226 urls !

Other question.
We have orderconfirmatione in our email from our customers.
The product normally has a link to the product op the website (shop) but now its it redirecting every link to the Home.
Do you know why?

Do you know why?

The links in the confirmation email must be absolute,ie include the domain name. I guess your ecommerce solution or the email system you use does not include the domain in the link in the email. Can't comment more without much more details on which systems you use, how you create the emails, what are the actual and full URLs, etc

Those lines don't seem to be related to sh404SEF, they come from other components on your site (JCHOptimize).
