Hi

When I try to open of those links, I am redirected to the home page, https://www.xxxx.com.

You might have setup or caused this redirect in sh404SEF in several ways:

1 - You have enabled "301 redirect non-sef URLs to SEF" under "Advanced" tab of sh404SEF configuration: set it back to default value: No
2 - You have enabled "301 redirect Joomla SEF to sh404SEF" under "Advanced" tab of sh404SEF configuration: set it back to default value: No
3 - At least one component is set to "Use Joomla router" under the "By components" tab of sh404SEF configuration
4 - You have set a redirect rule, maybe a generic one, as an alias that triggers for those URLs.

Best regards
