I go to backend - components - sh404SEF and see the folowing message:
It seems your site is multilingual. From sh404SEF version 4.3.1 up, Joomla! languagefilter system plugin should now be enabled, while older versions required it to be disabled. You can enable it on this page
When I enable System - Language Filter the message dissapears.
But my website is not multilingual at al. It is only in Dutch.
However when I go to extensions - manage - filter on language - I see Dutch and English/ But it is impossible to delete English.
So my question is: do I need to enable System - Language Filter or not??

Hi

1. The language filter is a Joomla! plugin that allows multilanguage content. It's only used by Joomla and sh404SEF doesn't use it at all. In the past, the language filter was causing many problems and so we were forced to ask users to disable it, but recently we found a better way and now we can tell users to leave the language filter enabled.

2. The language filter is only used for multilingual sites and should not be enabled on single language sites

3. In your case, you have a misconfiguration of the languages that makes sh404SEF think that your site is multilingual.

If you go to Extensions / Language Manager / Content, do you have several languages? if yes, you can unpublish English from there

If that doesn't work, you can also just ignore the warning.

I deleted english in Extensions / Language Manager / Content, and the message dissapeared also when the plugin was deactivated. Thanks!
