Hi, we are using proxy for part of the website, and there are some problems with loading a content when we are enabling your last version of sh404sef.
Is there any settings to disable your plugin for part of the website?

No, not based on the URL. You can bypass it for components. Go to the "By component" tab of its configuration, and set the components you want to bypass to "Use Joomla router".
