hi dear support

Im using last version of sh404sef .

in folder var > log > messages say : my database has any error :

I read it and send following example for you :

[ERROR] mysqld: Table './atelieh_secdb/ima2b_sh404sef_urls' is marked as crashed and should be repaired .

this error maybe make server down :(

please help me

Hi

This error is not an sh404SEF one. It means that your MYSQL server had a problem and it needs maintenance to fix the database table. This is something that can be done through PHPMyadmin for instance. Or you can ask your hosting company to do it for you probably.

crashed again and again and again ....

repair it but not solve and repeat crash .

today this crash down my Mysql and made site DOWN .

That's not something we can help you with, it's 100% happening on your MYSQL server. Maybe the MYSQL server is too small for the traffic and the load you have?

The people you need to talk to is your hosting company, they are the only ones who can tell you why your mysql server keeps crashing.

max_heap_table_size = 256M
thread_cache_size = 10
innodb_buffer_pool_size = 256M
innodb_buffer_pool_instances = 1
query_cache_size = 4M
query_cache_limit = 1M

we are tune mysql database and we have load ( 0 ) and have too 1 GB free Ram .

we have not small mysql and quota .

yesterday we tune , repair and optimize mysql , but today database down and mysql crashed .

what shall we do to stop crash ?

We cannot provide advice on how you configure your server. There is strictly nothing that can be done on the PHP side for this. It's strictly a mysql server issue.
